Author For Official Military Officer Publications

As the long-time Deputy Director of financial education for MOAA (the Military Officers’ Association, www.moag.org, Phil Dyer has authored numerous financial planning articles that provide helpful information for readers of Military Officer and other official MOAA publications.

Phil understands their readers well. Not only is he a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Registered Life Planner® but he attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in 1985. He served on active duty as an armor officer with duty assignments in Germany and Ft. Knox, Ky., and achieved the rank of captain. He separated from active duty in 1990 to pursue opportunities in the private sector. Read some of his articles online now.
